The eDiscovery & Litigation Support Center (eDLSC) was established in 2016 with a mission to provide an enterprise bridge between legal and traditional IT in the dynamic area of legal technology, eDiscovery and big data. The Center is located in Tallahassee and consists of 2 combined technical teams: Litigation Support Center and eDiscovery Operations.

Our key services require working closely with attorneys, paralegals and agencies, in cases where the OAG provides legal representation or are solely contracted with eDLSC . Early "Meet and Confer'' provides technical consultation on case evidence. Close collaboration with client agency IT staff is vital to ensure efficient and accurate data productions.

Our Early Case Assessment production model provides eDLSC with the ability to de-duplicate, cull and/or create load files for review in-house or with outside eDiscovery service vendors with a goal to cutting evidence size and costs upfront!
